1. How can I order?

You can order our products with the following ways:

• Direct order through our website.
• You can place your order through the phone at +30 210 6745555 everyday from 08:00 to 17:00.

2. Payment Methods?

• Credit Card (Visa, Master Card...).
• Hand-by-Hand: You can pay at pick up. Valid only for delivery in the attica region.

3. Transaction Security?

• In order for Symmetria to ensure the security of your credit card transactions, it uses the transaction system of Alpha Bank which in turn uses Delta Pay. Symmetria does not hold credit card data. All procedures are performed inside the systems of the bank for reasons of complete security.

4. How much are the shipping costs?

• The shipping costs vary according to the location that the items will be sent. Locations available are Athens, Outside Athens, Cyprus, EU and USA.

5. Can I track my order?

• You can see the progress of your order in real-time by clicking on "New Orders" and seeing the status of your order. If the indication "New Orders" does not appear then it means that the orders have been sent.

6. Can I see details of my past orders?

• In order to view past orders at Symmetria, go to "My Account" and from there on to "Order History". At that point, insert the dates for which you want to view your past orders.
